Matthew 2:9, 11 NIV 2011
After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.
King Herod tasked the Magi with finding the Child. They were to return and report His location because Herod wanted to go and “worship him.” They left the kings presence immediately and followed the star’s light that rose before them. They found the Christ child in a house with His mother and immediately bowed down to worship Him. They brought gifts to the Light of the World. Isaiah 60:3, “Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.” Believers are drawn to worship God.

God prompted me to grab one of my dailybysally business cards and write, “I’m praying for you.” After the worship service as I handed it to her I was humbled as we hugged. Worshiping God, He led me to encourage this woman.
How does our worship encourage others?
