Isaiah 57:15 NIV 2011

For this is what the high and exalted One says—he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to receive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.”

Isaiah was God’s prophet. Isaiah 6:1, “In the year that Kind Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne and the train of his robe filled the temple.” God called him to faithfully serve Him courageously. God is in a “high and holy place.” Job 16:19, “Even now my witness is in heaven; my advocate is on high.” God remains with His people in need. Psalm 147:3, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” God is always with HIs faithful servants.

I received a sweet encouraging message this morning from a dear friend. She shared and I shared in return the many times we have seen God beside us through it all. God uses fellow believers to reveal His presence in our daily lives. Sometimes I get so caught up in what’s going on in the world, I loose sight of what is happening around me. He walks right beside me guiding my steps by illuminating the way. My pastor asked yesterday, “How has God changed you?” I see God is always by my side.

How is God changing us daily?

He’s with us,
